Scott is the founder and owner of Primo Built Strength Systems, established in 2002. A private personal training studio located in (West End) Long Branch, NJ. With over 20 years experience, Scott holds numerous certifications including:

When I turned 40, I started working out with a Trainer at the Chelsea Piers, in New York City. Then I transitioned to NJ, where my Practice has been, and I heard about Primo from a Patient Of mine… Now I am 64, and know he is the best Trainer I have ever experienced! Professional, at the top of his game and is passionate about his profession. It shows every week I am in his Gym. In addition, he is a very good guy … great family man and sincere, kind, good hearted… and loves his dogs.

In 2011 I was looking for a personal trainer and an acquaintance of mine suggested Scott. I was looking to build muscle and learn how to eat healthier as my eating habits were poor. I began training 3 hours a week and he also started teaching me about nutrition. The most remarkable and most surprising thing was his support and availability that was given to me during the times of my emotional eating. After 11 years of training, I’ve learned to rely on myself and monitor my own eating habits. I still rely on him when it comes to food, however, he has taught me to be accountable to myself and less reliant on him.
Watching my wife’s notable improvement in weight management and developing muscle tone inspired me to also train with Scott. He was most accommodating to my need to manage my cardiac condition as I trained. His attention to detail is remarkable. Scott can tell if you are even just an inch off the correct posture to lift weights. His ingenuity in finding new exercises makes the training always exciting and rewarding. It is most amazing that as a result of my training with Scott I no longer need to take my arthritis medications! Persistence pays off. Finally, his sense of humor adds an entertaining dimension to the entire training experience.
